Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If you cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns

We accept returns, and customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in its original packaging.

If you confirm that a return is necessary, please contact us first for return authorization and the return address. Once confirmed, you can send it back. Please use the appropriate mailing method for returns and keep proof of postage.

E-liquids and Coils

E-liquids: E-liquids cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or it has passed its best-before date.

Coils: Coils can be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging. If the coils are defective (e.g., not burnt out or used), we will replace the faulty coils.

Product Defects

If we confirm a defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Unauthorized returns or returns of products with no defects will not be refunded for shipping costs, and you may be required to pay the reshipping fee.

Damaged Goods

Please file a claim for damaged items within 10 days of delivery. Claims for damages reported after this period will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items and confirm there are no issues, we will process your refund and transfer it to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days. If the return is due to a change of mind or personal reasons, the original shipping cost will be deducted.

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. After that, please contact your bank. Refund processing usually takes some time.
