We have multiple warehouses across different regions of Australia. No matter where you live in Australia, we will deliver your order as soon as possible! Delivery is typically within 1-5 business days.

Orders over AUD 100 within Australia are eligible for free shipping.

The delivery timeline consists of two parts:

Processing Time:

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days will be processed on the same day after the daily order completion (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Time:

Once the order has been successfully processed, standard shipping usually takes 1-5 business days. However, it may take longer if the following days include public holidays or weekends.

Important Notes:

• Courier services do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Address Accuracy:

It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided address details are accurate, including street name, suburb, state, and postal code, to avoid any delivery errors or delays.

• For packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal to accept delivery, or unclaimed parcels at the post office, a return fee will be charged.
• Customers wishing to have their packages re-shipped will be required to pay an additional shipping fee.
